The free preview is gone
Each Google account gets one free 2-second preview. To stop abuse there are also limits per device, per network each day and for the whole site each day (they reset at midnight UTC). Any of these shows a message, and the full 15-second video stays available. A preview that fails is returned to you.
The render failed or seems stuck
- A render takes 4 to 15 minutes. You can close the tab: it keeps going and the video waits in My videos.
- If it ends with "This render did not finish", the credits are already back in your balance. No need to write to us.
- If the video service turned the photo down, try a clearer photo of one adult or a pet.
- If the service was busy, try again a little later with the same photo.

Yes, in Safari or any phone browser, and iPhone HEIC photos are accepted. No app needed.
Why does it ask me to sign in with Google?
Videos are saved to your account so you can come back to them, and the free preview is one per account.
