Bulin 47 is Dominican dembow artist Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso, born on 23 November 1989 (biography). Kevin Wai, also written Kevin Way or Kevincito, is a Colombian content creator in Spain who approaches people with a portable speaker and invites them to freestyle. They met that way outside a restaurant in Madrid on 2 October 2026; the clip Kevin posted became the Bulin 47 trend.

What happened after the clip
Kevin’s post spread through TikTok and Instagram within days. On 8 October the two released "Dame Hombro", a studio song built on the moment (our page on it). Bulin 47 announced a #DameHombroChallenge with a prize, reported on 12 October (report), and on 13 October Egypt’s Youm7 TV interviewed both of them live (Youm7).
